K Fair 2016: RS 40 for the plastics and rubber industry

At the K fair, the world's leading fair for solutions in the plastics processing, VSE exhibited its new helical screw sensor RS 40. From 19th to 26th October, the visitors could convince themselves of the advantages of the initially smallest RS flow meter.

The rotor profiles of the initially smallest RS helical screw sensor ensure a low-resistance, high-precision and gentle measurement of the medium. The downstream electronics unit features a high-resolution sin / cos-interpolator. Among others, the device features a programmable signal filter, which is able to offset unwanted, negative pulse sequences and detects and saves values that exceed the indicated flow and temperature values. With the patented sensor system of the RS 40, output frequencies of 300 Hz up to 100 kHz can be generated with an accuracy of 0.5% of the measured value. The operating pressure is 450 bar with a maximum medium temperature of 120°C.

Managing Directors Jürgen Echterhage and Axel Vedder were more than satisfied: „A huge fair like the K is the best place for an exchange with our national and international customers and partners. At such a fair it is easy to intensify existing contacts. Nevertheless, we have made many new contacts during the week."
